The Saint Francis Tulsa Tough Ride & Race weekend was created in 2006 by the Tulsa Sports Commission and the Tulsa Wheelmen. New and experienced riders have two days of recreational long-distance road rides, Gran Fondos, with distances ranging from 32-38 miles, 66-68 miles and 102 miles.
